Warranty Coverage
Thermopack Solutions Pvt. Ltd. warrants that its thermal packaging products, insulated covers, pallet shippers, cold chain boxes, and related solutions are manufactured free from material and workmanship defects under normal intended use.
Warranty Period
Warranty validity shall be as agreed in the applicable quotation, purchase order, or supply agreement unless otherwise specified.
Warranty Conditions
Products must be used, handled, stored, and maintained according to Thermopack guidelines and recommended operating conditions.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, accidents, unauthorized modifications, exposure beyond specified operating conditions, normal wear and tear, or third-party transportation damage.
Inspection & Claims
Customers should inspect products immediately upon delivery. Any visible defects or damage must be reported within a reasonable period with supporting photographs and shipment details.
Limitation of Liability
Thermopack’s liability shall be limited to repair, replacement, or credit value of the affected product at Thermopack’s discretion. Thermopack shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
Product Performance
Thermal performance depends on conditioning methods, payload configuration, ambient conditions, and operational handling. Customers are encouraged to conduct suitability validation for intended applications.
